Ludus has celebrated the first edition of the Ludus Awards 2025, awards created to recognize the real impact that Virtual Reality training is generating in organizations and educational centers.

These awards were created with the aim of highlighting those professionals and teams that are transforming the prevention of occupational hazards and health and safety training through immersive technology. An initiative that, from Ludus, is conceived with a vocation of continuity and will be held annually.

For the company, this first edition is a source of pride, being able to showcase projects that demonstrate how innovation in training can generate a tangible change in the way people learn and become aware.

Ana Blasco (Mutua Montañesa), Safety Impact award winner

In the Safety Impact category, which recognizes trainers who are transforming prevention and occupational safety, the winner was Ana Blasco, from Mutua Montañesa.

Her work stands out for the use of Virtual Reality as a tool to achieve greater awareness among workers, generating deeper and more effective training experiences.

"I am very excited about this award. On a professional level, what I get from using VR glasses is that we get much more inside the worker. The satisfaction is enormous when I see the workers' faces, living a first-person experience that really touches them."

Victor Perez Lizama (MOEVE), Enterprise Impact Award

In the Enterprise Impact category, focused on the impact of training in large companies, the award went to MOEVE's Internal Training team, represented by Víctor Antonio Pérez Lizama.

The award highlights the integration of Virtual Reality in their training processes, as well as the joint work of a team that has driven a significant transformation in the approach to health and safety training.

"This recognition gives us the confidence to continue working and to know that we are on the right track. We are committed to virtual reality because it allows for innovative, dynamic and more effective training."

Abraham Chapa (Inadet - Cenaltec), Education Impact Award

In the Education Impact category, which recognizes the use of Virtual Reality in educational environments, the award went to Abraham Chapa, from Inadet - Cenaltec.

His work reflects the potential of immersive technology to transform learning, enabling students to acquire knowledge and skills through practical and safe experiences.

"Adopting new technologies such as Virtual Reality is a big step. The knowledge sticks with the participant to the maximum extent possible, without having to expose them directly to real danger. It is the future of training."

A recognition of the real impact of immersive training.

These Ludus Awards were created to recognize something key: impact. Not just technological innovation, but the ability to transform the way people learn, engage and act in the face of risk.

With this first edition, Ludus reinforces its commitment to a more immersive, effective and reality-aligned training, and highlights those who are already leading this change.

The Ludus Awards will continue to be held in future editions, consolidating itself as a space of reference to recognize the best practices in training with Virtual Reality.
