Ludus expands to Middle East

Written by Alejandro Gutierrez | May 16, '23

In 2023, Ludus has taken a further step in its internationalization by expanding to the Middle East region. This expansion aims to support efforts to enhance occupational safety and reduce the environmental footprint in the region.

Digitizing occupational safety training worldwide

"No one would think of letting a pilot fly a plane without prior training on flight simulators. We use a similar concept to enhance occupational safety and health." - Mikel Cearsolo, CEO of Ludus.

"Ludus' primary mission is to help build safe work environments by enhancing and digitizing occupational risk prevention training with our Virtual Reality platform.

In pursuit of these goals, Ludus began its expansion from Spain to other territories in Latin America. Officially, in November 2021, Ludus opened its offices in Mexico.

This path of internationalization led us in 2023 to expand into a new region: the Middle East.

Why are we expanding to the Middle East?

There are several reasons that have driven Ludus to offer its training platform in the Middle East region:

  • Many companies in the region have established ambitious safety and health programs, including regular training and risk detection, to prevent workplace accidents.
  • The region's commitment to reducing its environmental footprint over this decade.
  • Middle East companies' conviction to utilize innovative technologies like virtual reality to enhance people's lives.

At Ludus, we continue to strive to bring digitalization and innovation in safety and health training to the world.
