Evaluation and approval of suppliers
Within the framework of our integrated management system, in order to evaluate our suppliers, LUDUS TECH S.L. reviews its outsourcing agreements and uses a methodology based on the quality of the product or service provided, the preventive performance according to occupational health and safety criteria and the assurance of the secure management of information, reviewing the coherence with legal requirements and other requirements acquired by the organisation.
LUDUS TECH S.L. uses a methodology based on the non-conformities and faults occurred during the evaluation period.
The fulfilment of any of these conditions is associated with the de-approval of the supplier and therefore the blocking of the supplier's file and therefore the supplier will not be worked with.
The evaluation criteria are as follows:

Total orders in the period:

CRITERIA 2
Cost of supplier NON-conformities.Total invoiced by supplier in the period:
>10%
CRITERIA 3
Number of supplier NON-conformities related to occupational health and safety caused:

CRITERIA 4
Number of supplier NON-conformities related to non-compliance with the organisation's regulatory framework in relation to information security for supplier organisations.
